This is the chorus my higher self has been singing to me over the past several weeks. Whenever internal doubts arise or external challenges appear, I feel the same comforting words float into my awareness.
It’s reassuring to know my higher self is always present. I like knowing there’s a wise and eternal part of me who sees the bigger picture of my life and loves me unconditionally, no matter what I choose to think or do.
Your higher self is always there for you.
You are never truly alone. Your higher self is always there with you and, more importantly, always there for you. It’s your #1 advocate and cheerleader, your most loyal, supportive, and trustworthy friend in the Universe.
And here’s probably the most important point of all: Your higher self knows absolutely everything you want in life and how to get you there. All the love, the adventure, the finances, the fun. All of it. Your higher self even knows about the things you don’t realize you want.
In the entire Universe there is only one expert on you and your life: your higher self. And you can always ask this expert for help.
Your higher self wants you to thrive, be thrilled, and be happy.
If you’re ever feeling doubt or confusion about a situation, ask your higher self for guidance. It doesn’t matter what the topic is. You can ask anything.
Close your eyes and place a hand over your heart. Take a few slow, deep breaths and ask, “Higher self, what message do you have for me at this moment?”
As soon as you think the question, a simple, loving response will usually float into your awareness. If the answer feels loving, gentle and compassionate, you can trust it. Your higher self is never critical or judgmental. Its messages are simple and concise. They feel good when you receive them.
