The last few weeks have been… well… kind of weird. (That could describe the last 20 years, but who’s counting?)
One day you’re feeling focused and inspired. You’re on fire.
The next? You’re depressed or exhausted for no apparent reason.
Sometimes you’re moving between these extremes in a single day.
What in the world is going on?
Human consciousness is evolving (and you’re involved).
That’s always the answer. Our global consciousness is always experiencing some new phase of expansion and integration. It’s been like that for decades. Only now, things are speeding up.
And you, my friend, are completely immersed in the process.
In our current phase, the pendulum is not only swinging dramatically, the swings are happening faster—at a higher frequency. The highs feel higher and the lows feel lower.
The good news? We’re able to shift out of uncomfortable energetic and emotional states more quickly than before.
Even better news? We’re becoming more aware and more adept at all of this. We’re getting better at consciously managing our thoughts and emotions and reactions to life.
Piece by piece, we’re letting go of the old ways of thinking and acting that are no longer working for us.
In other words, we’re evolving. Yay for us!
Crabs? Really?
Last week I saw a video about blue crabs shedding their exoskeletons. Periodically, they need to break out of their shells so they can continue growing.
Their molting process is completely natural and necessary. The crabs don’t fight against it or wonder what in the world is wrong with them when it starts happening (wink wink, nudge nudge).
So, as you journey through your own molting process, I have three suggestions.
Relax.
Be gentle with yourself.
Trust the process.
Oh, and breathe. Always remember to breathe.
By the way, your new etheric shell is going to look and feel awesome :)
Speaking of awesome, last week’s Lemurian Circle gathering was a multi-dimensional pleasure. A big “mahalo” to everyone who posted comments during the live webcast or emailed me your feedback.
If you missed the event, no worries. The video recording is up on YouTube and you can follow the guided meditation any time you choose.

Remember: Relax, be gentle with yourself, and trust the process.
And breathe.
I find life is so much better, works better – when I am gentle with myself and everything I experience.
