As people on a spiritual path, we love asking big questions.
What’s my life’s purpose?
When will I meet my life partner?
How can I heal myself?
What’s my ideal career?
If we’ve learned to meditate and connect with the inner planes of consciousness, we can find many of our own answers.
Sometimes we seek out others who are experienced in communicating with spirit on our behalf.
But no matter how many times we meditate or get a private reading, our higher selves never give us complete, definitive answers.
Why can’t they just answer our questions? They know what we want!
Here are three reasons our higher selves won’t give us all the answers—at least not all at once.
It might ruin the adventure.
We’re all here to experience the adventure of being human. It’s like reading a novel or watching a movie. If we skip ahead to the plot twists and big surprises, it could ruin the experience for us.
We’re not ready to learn the full truth.
As we learn and grow, our understanding of ourselves and the Universe expands. If our higher selves give us too much information too soon, it might confuse us or create unnecessary fears.
Our higher selves want us to evolve.
Ultimately, we’re here to evolve as spiritual beings. If our higher selves gave us all the answers, we wouldn’t learn and grow, would we? The human experience would lose most of its meaning and value.
The next time you feel frustrated because your higher self won’t tell you everything, remember it only wants the best for you.
Your higher self loves you unconditionally. It loves you more that you could ever imagine.
So, trust your higher light and inner wisdom. Your higher self is always seeing the bigger picture of your wonderful life.
And it’s always guiding you to the path of love and joy.

Thank you so much David. Reading your words has given me so much comfort. It felt as if you were writing about my life experiences, the despair, helplessness, confusion, lonelinesses and fear of not understating what is happening to me or loosing my faith in God or seeing God from a different perspective. The normal church sermon or activities doesn’t satisfy my soul and I’m constantly looking for more, answers to questions no one understands and seeking enlightenment and revelation to what I don’t known understand and this freaks me out. Guess this is how I stumble by pure chance on your YouTube video. Thank you,
Aloha, Minika. Thanks for your comments. I’m glad to know my posts and videos provided a source of comfort! Sending you bright blessings for your unfolding journey…
