I remember how thrilled I was when I began communicating with spirit guides and angels. I hurt my wrist doing a handstand in yoga class. That was four months ago, and I haven’t been back to a yoga class since then. It’s still a little painful when I put pressure on my wrist. Even yesterday morning, when I was doing some yoga stretching at home, I told myself it had been four months and my wrist was still bothering me. Why wasn’t it healing faster?
